The Town
Toledo is on the way from Detroit to almost anywhere, which has been its structural misfortune for about a century. What nobody mentions is the glass — the city made it for a hundred years, made it well, and built a genuinely excellent museum to say so. Admission is free and on a Tuesday afternoon you will have it largely to yourself.
